I’d like to call on all regular and active members to attend our monthly meeting on January 12, 2008, a Saturday. This will be the last regular meeting for the fiscal year.
Again, your attendance is very important as it will make our association more cohesive and we shall band together as every one of us can only make it strong.

The set of officers and Board members for 2007 were successfully inducted to office during our first Christmas party in December 14, 2007 at the DA compound.
Taking the place of Regional Director Lecciones, was Dr. Eduardo Alama, the Regional Technical Director as the inducting officer.
The COFGA officers who took the oath of office were the following: Rogelio Moreno, President; Momong Marimbao, Vice President; Mar Carloman, Treasurer; Vin Jayme, Auditor; Lea Villegas, Secretary; Nilo Villaflor and Jorge Matig-a, PROs.
The Board members who were also inducted were Gabe Deligero, Desiderio Benitez, Rudy Monleon, Pompee Bolivar and Jorge D. Ocaña, this author.

December 14 was a red-letter day for COFGA as it marked its first Christmas party since its founding over a year ago in September 2006.
Although some were not able to come due to some reasons, the affair was nonetheless a resounding success with the whole set of inductees including the members of the Board and officers were in full force.
Leading the attendees were Mr. President himself and other officers including Lea Villegas, Nilo Villaflor, Vin Jayme, Mar Carloman, Jorge Matig-a, and Mr. Veep Momong Marimbao who gladly took the challenge to be the Master of the Ceremonies and he did it effectively.
