Due to some issues raised by some members as of late, the original venue that the group had concurred during the previous meeting had been changed.

So instead of Mulao (Compostela), the venue shall be the usual meeting place at the DA compound. However, since Dr. Dabucol’s office can no longer hold the growing number of attendees in recent months, exact venue shall be either the chapel or the MPH (multipurpose hall) in order to accommodate all of us more comfortably.

So I’d like to reiterate that our next meeting will no longer be held in Mulao. The date remains the same, (Saturday, November 17) however.

Agenda include our upcoming Christmas Party and General Assembly Meeting and other important matters.

I’d like to call on all our members to attain our regular monthly meeting this Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Dr. Dabucol’s office inside the Department of Agriculture Regional Headquarters Unit Region 7 compound along M. Velez St., Guadalupe, Cebu City.

There are a lot of important matters to be discussed, among which is the result of our application for accreditation to the Sanggunian Panlalawigan. Another agendum hopefully to be discussed is our upcoming major event this December 2007, the General Assembly Meeting.
