After months of careful study and analysis, COFGA by-laws were finally ratified. The deliberation took place during our regular meeting on May 5th, 2007 at Mr. Dabucol’s office inside DA 7 compound along M. Velez St. in Guadalupe.
These by-laws shall serve as a statute of our Association that willl govern the internal or local affairs of COFGA. The by-laws were decreed into law by the majority of the Board of Trustees and the executive officers who attended the meeting. Present during the deliberation were the executive officers led by Mr. President Boy Moreno, his veep, Mr. Anselmo Marimbao, Lea Villegas, our Secretary, Mr. Mar Carloman, our Treasurer, Mr. Vin Jayme, our Auditor, and Nilo Villaflor, our Media Officer. Also present were the Board members Mr. Gabe, Mr. Tanny Alpuerto, Mr. Dwight and this writer.
The by-laws were prepared by our indefatigable Auditor, Mr. Vin Jayme and supplemented by this author.
